Electrician

Our Client, based in Heysham is looking for Commercial / Industrial Electricians to work at their Heysham Site and to also travel to remote sites as and when required
Responsibilities:
– Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
– Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to identify hazards and defects
– Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools
– Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
– Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an electrician
– Valid electrician license or certification preferred
– Knowledge of power tools and electrical hand tools
– Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team
– Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, with the potential for Overtime as required
